Financial Literacy: Investing (grades 5+)

Ever wanted to get started on trading in the stock market, earning passive income, or simply wanted to know how to grow your money? Join us this week for a deep dive of the world of investing through real-time simulations and experience in managing a stock portfolio!

Educate&Empower, a youth led organization with the purpose of promoting financial literacy to NJ students, is holding a four-week program at Glen Rock Library for students in grades 5 and up. The program consists of four main topics: budgeting, investing, debt management, and saving, with one class focusing on one topic. Attendees are encouraged, but not required, to join each week on Saturdays for a fun yet informative class consisting of engaging activities and applicable information.
